Are you one of these being employed but hates your current job? You are not alone.
Many of us are in the same situation, we even went to school until we graduated with diplomas and for what? To be an employee, to work for someone else and this is a reality!
But my question is…
Do you want to be an employee for the rest of your life? I don’t think you want too.
Each of us has a dream and one of these is to make a better life as no one has ever dreamed of a worse situation.
I’ll repeat it again, we went to school until we graduated with diplomas just to be
an employee, to work for someone else?
And maybe this time you are burnout! And you want to change your lifestyle.
Honestly, I can say that “Traditional Education is Dead!
People are now opt to online business.
From the research done by Gallup
It officially states that 70% of people are totally NOT engaged with their jobs because they just simply HATE their jobs.
According to Gallup World Poll’s research done in June 2011, it’s indicated that a shocking 70% of folks hate their job and especially their boss…
In addition to this Gallup research said:
What the whole world wants is a good job, and we are failing to deliver it — particularly to millennials. This means human development is failing, too. Most millennials are coming to work with great enthusiasm, but the old management practices — forms, gaps, and annual reviews — grind the life out of them.
Gallup defines millennials as people born between 1980 and 1996. And they are from a different planet than, say, baby boomers. Baby boomers like me wanted more than anything in the world to have a family with three kids and to own a home — a job was just a job. Having a family and owning a home was the great American dream.
Millennials, on the other hand, place “my job” equally or even ahead of “my family” as their dream. So because their life is more focused on work, they need to draw more from their work environment. They have their best friends at work — including best friends who are customers. They want meaningful work and to stay with an organization that helps them grow and develop.
Let’s look at the “state” of the job environment these days.
Here are 5 things that are truly forcing us to resent our jobs and often times our employers
1.) We Spend More Hours At Work Than With Our Family- by the time we are out from home, even if we are just driving on the road to our workplaces. Our time has been consumed on the road itself rather than with our family. Then when we reached our workplaces from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, that’s 8 hours a day from your full-time job. Generally, that’s the time you are being away from your family and how much more if you are working two jobs per day and working… let’s say 60, 70 hours a week just to meet all your needs. Our standard of living has become more costly where it requires us to work more and more to “sustain or survive”.
2.) We Received Our Pay and Benefits Are Unsatisfying Despite of Performance
The long week working, here comes the day for your paycheck and you know it from yourself that you really worked hard, with all the work loads thrown to you, staying late in order to finish a major project before due. So are thinking, you deserve something better and you actually expected that increase at least a little something added to your bonus as a reward.
What happened was the opposite of your expectations. You received your pay unsatisfied which makes you dread your daily responsibilities because you are painfully aware of the underwhelming reward for doing them.
For instance, you know your paycheck will barely cover your bills and daily expenses but it was a big disappointment and will leave you feeling resentful toward your employer. Every worker would like to make money and no one will love to trade their time into an underpaid job. Anyone will feel bad if they aren’t being paid fairly, every day of work is with heavy feelings and an uphill battle.
3.) Our Wages/Salaries Have NO Increase
Working three or five years, you work your butt off but only a dime or nickel has been added to your pay. Is this happening?
Yes, I experienced it myself and I’m feeling sick thinking about it and some people there I know. For this reason, you suddenly just feel lazy working on your daily tasks.
On the other side, most people need dual incomes to live these days and if you have kids, especially when you live in the city or US, you really need to work double job for you to live as everything is expensive more likely if you are renting and if you have kids to support for their tuition, food, transportation, etc. you are likely feeling the pinch of the decrease in wages and opportunity in the workplace.
4.) You Work Because You Needed
Some people with no other choices, they have to work even it’s the job that they dislike because of the need for money. Sometimes, you just need a paycheck or benefits. You have to take a job because it’ll allow you to survive and keep the lights on for another day. Even if you are not passionate about it, just pretend that’s okay, you will be receiving a paycheck rather than nothing at all.
5.) People Are Being Laid-OFF
There comes a time when the economy is very tight and it’s hard for a company for them to stretch their budget for its operation, they got no choice than to eliminate their employees because the company does not have enough money or enough work:
People all over the place are losing jobs they have held for 20, 30, and 40 years…and without warning. This is one of the saddest parts of being an employee only, anytime if an employer will want to terminate his employees they can do so.
There is no longer any security with ANY job.
Add this all up and what do you get, TOXIC JOB.
And this leads me to the elusive question…
So What Can YOU Do Now For A Living?
It is not the end of the world yet, you may be lost your job now but there is something you can do better as a source of income. In any situation look for the solution meaning there’s an answer for every problem as follows below.
One of the strongest drivers to the major shifts in the workplace is the explosion of the Internet. And addition to these, digital technologies and online activity have enabled a boom in self-employment and expanded the opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship.
According to Canada’s The Globe and Mail, potential employers are more and more moving toward web searches and the digital portfolios that individuals are creating on sites like LinkedIn. As one recruiter noted, candidates have to be participating in online social media sites in order to get a leg up. “You might miss out on an awesome job because people won’t find you,” she said. Teaching students to create a positive digital footprint is crucial to their future employment that will need evolving skills to become problem-finders, gain a deeper understanding of the global significance, communicate with more diverse audiences, and design solutions using technology in a rapidly changing environment.
Regardless of the kind of work that will be doing, technology will play an integral role in almost every aspect. Increasingly, work will be mobile, with more and more workers working from home or wherever they may find themselves with an Internet connection. New “cloud-based” technologies like Google Docs, Dropbox and Onedrive, and real-time video conferencing tools like Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting and Skype are just the first set of tools to support collaboration and sharing in the virtual workplace. Companies like Facebook, Airbnb, and Uber, the car ride-sharing service, hold no physical property or capital, yet their companies are valued at $245 billion, $25 billion and $60 billion, respectively. Airbnb is the world’s largest provider of accommodations, yet it owns no real estate. Uber is the world’s largest car service, but it owns no cars.
These companies have successfully leveraged technology to connect buyers and sellers directly and conveniently, enabling new, nearly capital-free business models. In order to work in an economy made up of companies like Uber and Airbnb, our students will need to know how to leverage technology to become problem-finders, gain a deeper understanding of the global significance, communicate with more diverse audiences, and design solutions using technology in a rapidly changing environment.

As are 70% of people unhappy about their job…
The good news is, there is a SOLUTION of this day to day grind through the Internet, no experience necessary, you don’t have to be a techie, no diplomas involve.

The moment I stumbled to Wealthy Affiliate from the time I was starting my online website, I was totally newbie and everything was new to me, I have learned what is niche, keywords, PPC, SEO, Jaaxy, Adsense and many more things to name a few but most importantly I have learned how to build my own website alive and running 24/7.
This training program is the most sophisticated and lucrative platform I have ever known in my life like many others said. You can start it with $0 as a free starter and build 2 websites from it. It does NOT require any cards or any means of payments when you log in.
It will direct from step-to-step guide and it will require you to apply it into action the things you have learned from the training. Some other company’s is only focus with discussion and lectures.
